My journey in real estate and my passion for creating a more informed rental experience led to the inception of RentalNotes.
My initiation into the real estate world began early, growing up in a family deeply entrenched in this industry. With over 25 years of diverse experience, I've cultivated a profound understanding of the multifaceted nature of real estate.
I've navigated various roles, each contributing to my broad skill set. My tenure as a comptroller for a community of over 2500 homes honed my expertise in large-scale residential management. Delving into the commercial sector, I managed properties for a New York City-based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), further broadening my perspective.
An intriguing detour into the realm of marketing at an Addy Award Winning Firm refined my strategic and creative capabilities, skills that proved instrumental in my real estate endeavors.
The pinnacle of my career was founding a real estate brokerage amidst one of the most challenging markets. Under my leadership, it soared to become the second-largest in its market area, a testament to my resilience and strategic acumen.
My expertise spans commercial and residential real estate, annual leasing, investment properties, and short-term vacation rentals. This extensive knowledge base allows me to provide well-rounded advice and education to our RentalNotes community.
Living between Florida and Tennessee, I've garnered unique insights into diverse real estate landscapes, enriching my professional and personal life.
With an Associate's Degree in Legal Assisting and a Bachelor's in Metaphysical Science, I blend legal precision with a deep understanding of human dynamics. Currently pursuing a Master's in Interpersonal Communication, I am committed to enhancing the way we connect and communicate in the business world.
